To continue using Lockpoint beyond 30 days, you must purchase a commercial license.

With the purchase of an upgrade license, your support/maintenance expiration date resets to 12 months from the upgrade purchase date.

^* Our no-cost licenses are free for all users and they include all product upgrades and patches released by Arsenale. To obtain a free license, simply fill out the details on the free license request page. Direct Arsenale Support is not included with free licenses, however, Arsenale answers user questions posted to the public Atlassian Answers forum.

^** If you are using a Confluence Clustered license, you must purchase a matching Confluence Clustered Arsenale Lockpoint license. Prices shown are the total price for running Arsenale Lockpoint on a Confluence Clustered instance of up to four nodes. We do not charge per node.

All prices are exclusive of taxes. GST/HST will be applied for customers residing in Canada, and QST will also be applied for customers who reside in Quebec.

Your Arsenale product license:

• must match the license size of your Atlassian product (Confluence, JIRA) installation
• has no expiration date. Your license for the current version of the Arsenale product purchased is a one time purchase with no annual renewal required. 
• includes 12 months of direct Arsenale Support and product updates (including all available product patches and upgrades)

To continue receiving direct Arsenale Support and product updates after 12 months:

• you may purchase a 12 month extension of direct Arsenale Support and product updates. The cost for this annual renewal of support and maintenance is 50% of the price of a new license at the time of renewal purchase. All renewal periods begin on the expiration date of the previous support and maintenance period, regardless of the date the renewal is actually purchased. For example, if your existing support and maintenance expires on April 10, and you purchase a renewal on June 15, your support and maintenance will continue through April 10 of the following year.

Discount pricing on Arsenale products is offered to academic and not-for-profit organizations who meet the following criteria.

Academic Pricing

Qualifying academic institutions are extended a 30% discount off the purchase or renewal price of any Arsenale product.

To qualify for an academic discount, your organization and suborganization (if any) must meet all of the following criteria:

• your Atlassian product (Confluence, JIRA) installation must be using an Atlassian Academic License. See Atlassian's Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for details.
• be a not-for-profit, public, majority publicly-funded, educational institution whose primary mission is teaching students

Non-Profit Pricing

For qualifying non-academic, not-for-profit organizations, we offer Arsenale products on a sliding-scale, pay-what-you-can-afford basis. This policy reflects that some not-for-profit organizations have large budgets and the ability to pay for licenses, and others have limited or no sources of funding.

To qualify for a not-for-profit discount, your organization must meet the following criteria:

• your Atlassian product (Confluence, JIRA) installation must be using an Atlassian Community or Open Source Project License. See Atlassian's Purchasing & Licensing FAQ for details.
• be an official not-for-profit organization
• be non-government, non-academic, non-commercial in nature, and have no religious affiliation
