How to Renew or Upgrade a Legacy Arsenale Lockpoint on the Atlassian Marketplace

From December 2016, all Arsenale Lockpoint licenses are issued using the Atlassian Marketplace licensing system, and all purchases must be made directly from Atlassian. Previously, Lockpoint licenses were directly sold by Arsenale.

End Users

If you previously purchased a license from from Arsenale, the license will be automatically migrated to your end-user account in December 2016 or January 2017. If this has already been done, you should be able to see it at my.atlassian.com. If you cannot find your license, please contact Arsenale Support and we can give you the SEN and technical contact email corresponding to where the license was migrated. If you already know your SEN and tech contact email, but you do not have access to that Atlassian account, you can still renew the license yourself by following the instructions below under "Renew for a Multiple of 12 Months or Upgrade License Tier".

Resellers

If you are an Atlassian Expert and you purchased the previous version of a Lockpoint license for a customer, the license should also be visible in your reseller account. If not, please contact Arsenale Support and we can also help you find it.

If the license does not appear in your account automatically, the Arsenale Support Team will be able to provide you with the technical contact email and the Support Entitlement Number (SEN) of the legacy Lockpoint license. With those two pieces of information, you will be able to order the renewal on Atlassian's systems.

Renew for a Multiple of 12 Months or Upgrade License Tier

To perform an upgrade of the license tier (user seat count), or to renew for one year (or any whole number of years), you can quote or order Lockpoint automatically using Atlassian's automated systems. To follow this procedure, you must have the SEN for the license (which appears as "SEN-######") and the end user's technical contact email address.

If you have only information pertaining to a legacy Arsenale license (which are typically identified as "ASN-####"), you must first contact Arsenale Support to obtain the SEN for the license.

The steps for performing a renewal or upgrade quote or order are as follows:

  1. Visit the Lockpoint purchasing page on the Atlassian Marketplace.
  2. Click “Order” or “Quote” in the top left corner, depending on whether you wish to buy now or just generate a quote.
  3. Click “Renew” or “Upgrade” in the top navigation bar, depending on whether you want to renew the maintenance or upgrade the license tier (user seat count).
  4. Log in using your Atlassian account. If you do not already have an Atlassian account, you will need to create one.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Search for products by SEN".
  6. Enter the above SEN and email.
  7. Click “Submit".
  8. Select the desired renewal term (1 year or more).
  9. Click “Add to cart” or “Add to quote”, depending on whether you are generating an order or quote.

Changes to Maintenance End Date

If you require changes to the maintenance end date (such as to co-term it with another license or to renew for a period that is not a multiple of one year) or other special changes that are not available through the automated system above, please contact Atlassian Sales and open a ticket for your request. You will need to provide Atlassian with the SEN and tech contact email information above so that they can find the license you wish to renew.
